ARCHITECTURE

I design thoughtful, sustainable spaces that reflect the people who live in and use them. I guide each project from start to finish — breaking the work into clear, manageable phases so it feels organized, collaborative, and low-stress.

  • We start with an in-person visit to get a clear picture of the conditions — big things like property line, soil, surveys or smaller like existing interior space. We discuss any planning or design constraints — so we know what we're working with from the beginning.

  • Next, we move into design — starting with big-picture ideas and concepts, then refining the details together. I work closely with trusted engineers and consultants to complete a full set of drawings, ready for permitting and construction.

  • Once the drawings are ready, I handle the permit submission for you and stay on top of the process — coordinating comments, clearances, and approvals to keep things moving smoothly.

  • We dive into the details — from finishes to fixtures — and create a prioritized shopping list. When requested, I provide support with ordering and happily share some of my professional discounts along the way.

  • During construction, I stay closely involved to help keep everything on track and true to the design. I visit the site regularly and stay available to answer questions quickly as things move forward.

The fun part of architecture is also everything that isn’t. I’m always open to creative consulting, design advice and one-off collaborations. I love ad-hoc requests and jumping into something a little unexpected.

  • I can step in to help manage timelines, budgets, and teams — keeping your project organized and moving forward. Navigating various consultants to set things back on track is one of my specialties.

  • Take me to your open house! I can help spot design potential, identify strong “bones” in a listing and spot common pitfalls, to dream up all possibilities before you make the big commitment.
